Dr.A.V.RATNAM, MBBS., DLO., M.Phil., Ph.D is the founder President of the organization. He is a medical graduate from Gandhi Medical College ( 1980). He is also a Post Graduate degree holder ( M.Phil) in Hospital and Health Systems Management, from BITS, Pilani, and a Doctorate (Ph.D) in Health Systems Management from same institution. . He has got extensive exposure to Epidemology, Bio statistics, Operational Management and Research, Financial Management.

He has 16 years of experience in, working for different corporate health care industries in Hyderabad in the capacity of Chief Executive and Medical Director. During the period he was extensively involved in planning and executing different policies for the organization, evolving different attractive health insurance packages, developing special packages for corporate sector and public sector organizations.

He is also experienced in planning, designing and establishing different hospitals, for manpower and equipment and different departments. His main concentration being developing good Human Resource Management and public relation techniques for recruitment, retention in industry.

He has developed several software packages in association with software engineers for various services extended in health care organizations which are widely in use.

He is widely experienced in using electronic media ( both TV & Radio) for producing various health education programs especially for rural poor. He contributes health related articles to the local newspapers regularly. He has organized large number of free health camps in rural and slum areas through various agencies like the Lion’s Club etc.

An eloquent public speaker in English, Hindi and Telugu, and artistic talent suitable for visual media. He is the man behind the objectives of the society
