The organization will mainly concentrate on improvement in standards of health through better management by using the expertise of different health care professionals by way of direct and indirect association. This it seeks to accomplish through management research, training and capacity building, consultation and institutional net working in a national and global perspective.

The society will undertake projects related to health programs sponsored by various national and international funding agencies. The programs related to National Tuberculosis control program, National AIDS control programmes, Nutritional deficiencies in tribal population, effect of socio economic habits on their health indices will be given specific importance.

The organization will also like to develop, co ordination between different funding agencies for effective planning and implementing various strategies for the health related programs.

It will also take up monitoring and evaluation of different projects for its effective implementation, financial viability, target results, and time bound completion, including proper utilization of resources. It will also evolve suitable strategies for strengthening the existing infrastructural resources.

The organization will use its members expertise in identification / coordination of activities with several organizations for evolving cost effective health delivery systems and also develop skills in inter disciplinary areas like health management, health economics, health information medical sociology and health policy studies.

It offers its services for human resource training and capacity building, consultation and institutional net working at state and national level.

There are large numbers of health care workers with in government and non government sector in several areas, who are in great need of proper information and scientific training of management techniques, lack of which is effecting the final out put of the various projects. The organization will take up the needs of such management training and also ensure that they are addressed by the financial institutions available with in the private / public sector.

It will also act as a nodal agency for ensuring smooth implementation of various health programs in private hospitals and public sector organizations and also will assist in the optimum utilization and integration of the public sector / private sector health services.

It will also undertake development and implementation of scientific and strategic systems to ensure the improved care with in the public sector / private sector by formulating health communication strategy and standardization of various implementation procedures.

To contribute in the field of health management, research, training, hospital and health administration for both technical and non technical manpower in collaboration with different professionals available in the field.

It will also take up preparation of study material and working manuals for different health workers in the regional language under guidance from WHO and other related agencies.

In continuation to the preparation of health manuals it will also organize training programs of short term and long term for different health workers and health care executives in hospital and health management.

The organization will facilitate and provide medical relief without profit motive in treatment of illness, preventing illness and assist in monitoring clinics. It will only facilitate arranging courses for Diploma and Certificate in Medical Technology and Hospital and Health Administration.
